Girls Football Development

The V Squad Girls Footy Masterclasses are an opportunity for female junior footballers to focus on skill development and game understanding with elite junior development coaches and AFLW and VFLW players.

We take our extensive experience with teaching and developing junior athletes and apply it to a girls only training environment to help our players take the next step in their football development.

Focus areas for the V Squad Girls Masterclass are:

• Skill development
• Tackling and Contact (safety and technique)
• Game sense and understanding
